We want you to love your purchase! If your item doesn’t fit, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to arrange a store credit or refund once the item is returned.

Return Policy
If you'd like to return an item, please send us an email with the following details:

- The items you wish to return
- A brief note on what didn’t work for you (e.g. sizing, fit, or something else)
This information helps us process your return quickly and improve our service. We're here to help every step of the way!
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, scent-free, smoke-free, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Returns must be made within 30 days from the shipping date.
Hygiene Policy
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear, lingerie, or underwear.
Defective Items
Received a faulty item? Please email us at madruffishop@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, including clear photos showing the defect and tags still attached.
Return Processing Time
Once we receive your return, please allow 5–9 business days for processing.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- We recommend using a trackable delivery service, as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
Afterpay Orders – Online Purchases
Afterpay purchases can be returned according to our return policy.
- To receive a refund, your virtual Afterpay card must be available in your phone wallet.
- If a different card was used at the time of return, Afterpay will not be notified and you’ll still be responsible for the remaining payments.
- For refunds, your Afterpay balance will be adjusted once the return is processed (can take up to 5 business days).
Exchanges & Store Credit
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, excluding any shipping charges and promo discounts used.
- If you choose store credit, it will be emailed to you once your return is processed.
