At Mad Ruffi, we want you to feel amazing in your new pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve kept our returns process simple and fair.

🌸 Change of Mind / Sizing
You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. For all standard returns, we issue store credit only. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or preference.

🌸 Afterpay & BNPL Purchases
Orders placed using Afterpay (or other Buy Now, Pay Later providers) are eligible for store credit only, as BNPL providers keep their fees even if an item is returned.

🌸 Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty or not as described, we will provide a full refund back to your original payment method (including Afterpay). Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos so we can resolve this quickly for you.

🌸 Quick Notes

• Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.

• For hygiene reasons, accessories and sale items are final sale unless faulty.
